Square Frying Pan for Tamagoyaki
Product Description
This flying pan is used to make sushi omelets. To use: Heat a small amout of vegetable oil on medium heat. Pour a wisked egg in the pan and tilt it to spread a thin layer over the surface. Next, roll the egg and move it to the end of one side. Then add a little oil to the exposed pan and pour in a little more egg. Cook and repeat this process until the egg is at the desired height.
The pan is 6-3/4 inches by 4-3/4 inches and is 1 inch deep. From edge of handle to far side of pan, it measures 13 inches.
